Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work with a client of ours located in Aberuthven. This is a temporary ongoing position, working full time hours, as part of an established team.
The position will be based within the company's Finance Department and within this role your duties will include:
- raising invoices
- collating information from various sources
- ensuring all systems are up to date
- supporting members of the finance team
The desired candidate should:
- be a competent user of MS packages, more specifically Excel
- be well organised with high levels of accuracy
- be able to work using their own initiative
