My client is enjoying a busy market in 2016 and expects that to continue – as a result they now seek to recruit a polished, professional and experienced Administrator to their branch.

This varied role will involve providing first class admin support to a talented team of property professionals.  Your remit will be to take ownership of all clerical tasks in relation to property marketing while assisting with client enquiries and facilitating the branch to deliver excellent service levels.

Main duties include:

  • Assisting with property brochure production – formatting pictures and typing schedules from audio
  • Administering property marketing on their own website and various property portals
  • Handling property enquiries via phone, email and face to face within the branch
  • Co-ordinating distribution of new property particulars and information to clients
  • Supporting Office staff with diary management, typing, call backs and filing

To be considered candidates should be well spoken, smartly presented and have proven office based administration experience. A background working in property would be an advantage but is not essential. It is important that you can work well at pace, are well organised and take pride in providing a best in class service.
