Operations Officer Dalkeith   11.45 per hour

An exciting opportunity for a methodical and focused individual, we are looking to recruit for an Operations Officer based in Midlothian.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and team player who can commit to working full time for numerous weeks/months on this temporary contract.

Pay rate: 11.45 per hour

Job Purpose

- Assist the Operations Manager with the preparation, management and tracking of financial information for the team

- Establish clear administration procedures for the day to day expenditure of the agreed budget

- Identify, gather and collate financial information to allow timely reporting of budgets to Finance

- Assist in the implementation of budget objectives: establish schedules and methods for providing budget maintenance; continue with the implementation of budgetary polices and procedures

Skills Required

- Be an effective written and verbal communicator, able to analyse and interpret a range of information of varying complexity

- Strong planning and organisation skills

- Problem solving abilities

- Demonstrate attention to detail and posses a methodical and focused approach to work

- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel

- Ability to understand, interpret and analyse financial information

- Experience managing, tracking and preparing budgets
