Search are recruiting now for a permanent Administrator to join a small but busy team in the town centre of Dundee.
There is free parking available with this business and the opportunity to travel to events outside the office on a monthly basis.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent organisation skills, prioritising and time management and be confident working in a role with multiple responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will also be confident working with databases and be confident inputting data accurately.
You must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be quick to learn new systems. Having experience on exce or using an inhouse CRM systerm is the most important package for this role.
Diary management; booking and coordinating meetings and all associated requirements
Liaising with customers and users
Organising travel and accommodation
Preparation of agenda's, reports and correspondence
Being the first point of contact for the business
Additional administration duties as required
