A reputable client of ours is looking to hire a Business Administrator initially on a temporary basis with the view to a permanent position for the right person.

What you will be doing:-

The general day to day duties of a Business Administrator involve:

  • Assisting with business operations
  • Assisting with various projects
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Liaising with clients
  • Replenishment of office supplies
  • Filing all necessary documents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Any other duties that may be required by the operations manager.

What you will have:-

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Administration and IT skills, Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel & Access)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organisation and time management skills

All candidates must be immediately available to start.
