We are a young dynamic company who are expanding and looking for a new member of the team to come on board and help us grow further.
Property Manager Job spec
Booking and liaising with contractors for maintenance issues, keeping all parties up to date.
Processing property applications
Referencing prospective tenants
Arranging inventories and check ins for incoming tenants
Arranging end of tenancy check outs and dilapidation reports
Dealing with deposit releases
Dealing with utility and council tax companies and paying bills on landlords' behalf when necessary
Dealing with landlord and tenant queries, check out, deposit returns, maintenance queries etc.
Submitting insurance claims and deposit disputes for landlords and tenants
Booking and carry out property inspections with tenants and reporting to Landlords with feedback
Issuing section 33 notices and Notice to quits
Dealing with contractor invoicing
Assisting senior managers with administrative duties and issues and any other tasks handed over
Character profile of the Property Manager:
Must have excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and time manage
Professional communication skills
High level customer service skills and experience
Ability to keep calm under pressure
Minimum of 2 years experience in the lettings industry
Must have full clean driving license
Full ARLA training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
