The Eastern Western Motor Group, Scotland’s leading, prestige, independent motor retailer is currently recruiting for a Trainee Vehicle Administrator for their purpose built, busy Western Volkswagen site in Newbridge.
To manage the efficient processing and documentation of vehicle sales.
•Daily filing of documentation
•Invoicing of vehicle sales.
•Taxing of Sold Vehicles.
•Manage DVLA registrations & Private Number Transfers.
•Settlement of outstanding finance on vehicle purchases.
•Maintenance of Motor Insurance database (MIDFLEET)
•Management of Warranty Registrations.
•Management of Vehicle Stocking Plans
•To ensure the appropriate documentation of vehicle sales and purchases is maintained
•To ensure the efficient risk management for the purchase of used vehicles by ensuring that the appropriate checks have been performed.
•Maintain both internal and external channels of communication.
•Involvement in periodic stock checks
•To assist in the application of Group accounting policies and procedures
•Assistance with any other task as directed
Skills & Experience:
•Excellent communication skills
•Preferably have previous experience as a Sales Administrator in the automotive industry.
•Numeracy and data handling
•Problem solving and decision making skills
