We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator based in Edinburgh to work as part of the team responsible for delivery of a range of Learning and Development (L&D) services to employees and volunteers.

The Role

As the first point of contact for L&D you will answer queries including support on access to elearning and schedule and coordinate Bield’s core training programme by liaising with our managers, a team of internal trainers and external suppliers.  You will also coordinate Bield’s SVQ program; ensure training records are up to date and accurate and ensure materials are copied and prepared for L&D events.

Hours of employment are 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and coordinating skills, be a team player with a strong customer focus, attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to achieve deadlines.

Ideally, they will have experience administering and coordinating of learning and development programs and using a learning management system but other experience at an equivalent level will be considered.

Standard grade passes or equivalent in English and Maths are an essential requirement.
