Secretary Audio Typist
Experienced secretary/office administrator required for small but busy residential Chartered Surveyors’ office based in the Murrayfield area.
- Full time contract
- Immediate start
- Fast and accurate audio typing skills
- Experience of MS Office and digital dictation
- Confident telephone manner essential
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team
- Positive and proactive approach
Responsibilities to include:-
- Audio typing reports, letters, emails and other documents
- Take survey instructions, answer general queries and pass on appropriate messages by telephone and email
- Dealing with invoices, payments and accounts on SAGE
- Diary Management
