Brightwork Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to work within an HR Team in Edinburgh on an ongoing basis.

The role is primarily supporting a large HR function with key administrative support.

Duties will include:

- Conducting reference and employability checks
- Creating and distributing new starter and induction packs
- Organising and coordinating interviews, induction days and training events
- Liaising with contacts across all levels of the business
- Providing general administrative support when required

The successful candidate will ideally have prevously worked with HR or have a good knowledge or HR and have experience working within an administrative function. Proficiency with MS Office is key along with the ability to multi task and prioritise accordingly.
