Brief Posting Description

We continue to experience excellent growth and success with our award winning Platform. Through this success we have opportunities for more people to be part of Aegon’s exciting online pension management system.

This role is in a fast paced and challenging environment where you will be flexible and help us provide excellent customer service meeting our customer demands.

Role Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and financial advisors via Inbound Telephony, Email and Web Chat.

This role requires you to have knowledge of or a willingness to learn about Platform Investments including Pensions and ISA, Platform Technology and distribution channels

Skills & Knowledge

We are looking for candidates that have a minimum of 6 month’s proven track record of providing excellent customer service ideally in contact centre or helpdesk environment.

You will have strong level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.

We require excellent verbal and written communication skills so you are able to resolve complex customer queries using a variety of IT systems.

You will be a self-motivated individual, have the ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.

A general knowledge of legislative, regulatory and compliance issues is desirable but not essential.


This is a full time role with a salary of £18,000 to £25,000 depending on experience with great career development opportunities.
