Edinburgh World Heritage is a small, dynamic charity responsible for the conservation and promotion of our city’s Old and New Town World Heritage site. Our mission is to connect people to their heritage in everything we do. Our work ranges from supporting tenement repairs, to heritage interpretation, and engaging with colleagues in cities across the globe. Through all of this we aim to deliver outstanding social, environmental and economic benefits for the people of Edinburgh.
An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Business and Office Manager to fulfil a critical role in our small and dynamic team. Key responsibilities will include governance, personnel, finance and work processes, supporting both Board and senior team.
You will be someone with outstanding administrative and organisational skills and an established track record in managing complexity. You will be a hands-on individual, willing to engage in all aspects of the charity’s remit in order to make things happen. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of personal initiative and an ability to prioritise your work effectively.
