Main duties and responsibilities will be
*Answering phone calls
*Correspond to emails
*Use of in-house systems
*Ensuring all paperwork is ready for next day
*Check systems to see if there is any re-deliveries scheduled
*Collect worker paperwork
*Ensure end of day process is completed
The role will require individuals to have a keen eye for detail and to have the ability to manage their time and adhere to all processes to ensure this does not impact the next working day.
The position will be working Monday to Friday and suitable applicants must be able to work 3.30pm - 7.30pm with a 1 in 6 shift rota to work a Saturday
