Administrator Edinburgh   8.05 per hour

Based within our clients modern and vibrant offices in Newbridge, your duties will be to deal with internal and external customer enquiries over the phone and via written correspondence, logging calls and updating the in-house databases, setting up job cards and general administrative duties. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer services, be comfortable using word, excel and databases and be able to work on their own initiative.

-Operate office systems in order to process work, maintain accurate records and access information to support project.
-Work the shipperless/unregistered sites process in order to resolve sites and assist in the achievement of increased revenue.
-Resolve enquiries from both internal/external sources, providing written and verbal responses as necessary to ensure customer/consumer satisfaction in line with Standards of Service.
-Compile standard statistical data, using computer systems/applications as necessary, in accordance with the relevant procedures and guidelines in order to provide Management Information (MI).

We require someone with excellent attention to detail, organisation as well as good telephone manner.

-GCSE/Standard Grade (or equivalent in English & Mathematics)
-Good computer skills e.g Word/Excel
-Numerate & analytical
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Good telephone manner
-Ability to deal with customers/stakeholders
-Confidentiality
