You will be working for a highly reputable law firm based in Edinburgh city centre.
Your new role
Reporting directly into the Office Manager, daily responsibilities include the handling of local delivery and collection of mail, sorting and distribution of packages, liaise with office management, copying, scanning and printing documents, binding documents for internal and external issues and ensuring all documents are quality checked. Other duties include completion of health and safety office checks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need relevant experience working within a similar position and office environment . Strong communication skills, with high attention to detail in order to complete tasks is essential. You will be a strong team player, who uses own initiative.
