Due to maternity leave, Trust Housing is seeking to recruit a Property Administration Assistant on a temporary contract up to 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of Scotland’s largest providers of housing, care and support services.
We are looking to recruit a motivated team player who has excellent customer service and administration skills to join our Repairs Team. As a team we strive for continuous improvement in all that we do and aim to deliver a first class service to our customers. To achieve this, you must be able to deliver a friendly and efficient service by identifying repairs problems, instructing contractors and providing feedback on progress. The successful candidate should have first class communication skills and be familiar with all Microsoft Office packages with the confidence and ability to use their initiative.
As one of our Property Administration Officers you will be required to work 35 hours per week worked Monday to Friday.
