Are you an experienced sales administrator and available immediately?

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to start work on Monday 20th Feb for at least one month, and could possibly extend, for an established business based to the West of Edinburgh near the Gyle. You will be part of a busy vibrant sales team, working Monday to Friday.

Some of your day to day duties will include:

  • First point of contact for all phone calls, emails and face to face enquiries
  • Processing orders and dealing with deliveries on a daily basis
  • Inputting information on the database and using excel spreadsheets


You will need:

  • Previous experience as a sales administrator in an office environment essential
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Great communicator
