Change Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Part Time Marketing Administration Assistant to join our Edinburgh client on a Permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Marketing Administrator to join a leading Legal Services Company providing Administration support to the Marketing Team.
This position would suit someone with good secretarial/office management/organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, have an interest in marketing, although direct experience of marketing is not essential, and be willing to work flexibly
This is a part time role working 16 hours per week, four days per week between the hours of 10am - 2pm.
Raising purchase order (PO) numbers and processing a wide range of invoices
Entering data into the systems and updating data management systems
Booking Management for Conferences & Events for Staff
Preparing Marketing Literature for internal and external events
Liaise with suppliers, arrange deliveries, process orders and payments
Monitor stock on all floors and in meeting rooms and refresh accordingly
Liaise with suppliers and venues to order tickets for events of interests
The successful candidate will ideally have the following
Excellent background in Administration, Secretarial or Office Management.
A strong understanding and interest in Marketing is an advantage
Experience working in Marketing in a Professional company is desirable
Good organiser and Team Player is essential
The working hours are Part Time 4 days per week between 10.00 am to 14.00 pm. 16 hours per week. The salary on offer is flexible depending upon experience with a generous benefits package.
