The role requires client contact therefore the successful candidate will require excellent written and oral communication skills. Previous experience of credit control is not required as on-going training will be provided.
The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner coupled with sound administration knowledge. They will be able to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative.
Responsibilities will include:
- Production of debtors and Sheriff Officer letters
- 21 day calls
- Preparing bad debt transfers and correspondence
- Updating the Database with payments and standing orders received
- Monitoring receipt of standing order mandates
- Checking flags on our Database are correct
- Follow up calls and correspondence using Radar
