Bryanston has an exciting new opportunity for a Researcher & Database Officer to support our expanding Development Department’s mandate to build a significant endowment fund to protect all that is essential to a Bryanston educational experience.
Working as part of a small and committed team you will oversee all aspects of the department’s database, which holds at least 8,000 alumni, parents, staff, and donors, ensuring that all data is accurate, compliant and fit for purpose. You will play a key role in identifying prospects and researching individuals in preparation for approaching prospects for major gifts. You will also work with others in the team to provide a progressive and innovative relationship with all of those in the Bryanston family.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of using and developing databases, be a flexible and accomplished multi-tasker, with strong interpersonal, organisational and IT skills.
