We have a vacancy for a Facilities Assistant in our Glasgow Office. Working alongside the existing team in providing a first class service to internal and external clients, this is a varied role which includes:
- providing cover for reception
- mailroom duties
- scanning and copying
- ordering and monitoring stock
- assisting with corporate events
The ideal candidate will have previous office support experience preferably within a professional services organisation.
Strong computer skills, attention to detail, flexibility and organisational skills along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential for this role.
