In this job you will be doing...
- Assist with registering and processing purchase invoices
- Pass authorised and coded purchase ledger invoices on a timely basis
- Assist with reconciling purchase ledger statements
- Assist with sales ledger processing
- General administrative duties as and when required
Your training will...
Start with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling. With the opportunity of a 1 Day Microsoft Office Specialist training course at our training centre.
You will gain an SVQ in Business & Administration and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long and rewarding career in Business Administration.
- Good computer skills & the desire to learn
- Conscientious & demonstrates a high attention to detail while learning new skills
- Organised; and willing to learn to work successfully in pressurised situations
- Can learn to work with new software quickly & efficiently & is enthusiastic, flexible & committed
- Good communications skills and discreet with confidential and sensitive information
The candidate must have at least 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications must include Maths and English.
Other important information:
Daily working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5pm
