Archers Sleep Centre is a successful bed retailer who's continued expansion has created an exciting new opportunity to further strengthen their head office team in Hillington, Glasgow.  

Their new finance administrator must have strong IT skills and be comfortable using Word and Excel. They will be required to contact suppliers and branches and as such must have strong communication skills.  Numeracy and attention to detail are very important in this role due to the various accounts aspects involved.  

General Duties will involve;

Purchase ledger
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
​Account reconciliation
Telephone enquiries
Filing

The successful candidate will be self motivated with the ability to manage their own workload. Experience in a similar position would be beneficial but may not be essential.  

You will receive 35 days annual holiday entitlement and there is a company pension scheme available. Office hours are Mon to Fri 9am - 5:30pm.  If you would like to be considered for this new opportunity then apply now.
