French Speaking Admin Support

Coelsco are currently recruiting for a French Speaking Admin Support for a Large Insurance firm based in Glasgow.

Duties will include:

  • Updating databases and  processing a number of external and internal files
  • Timely and accurate completion of own event workload including associated queries and liaison with appropriate departments, alongside delivery of team goals
  • Track record of proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Attention to detail and strong understanding of control principles and compliance guidelines
  • Experience in maintaining counterparty data related to corporate actions

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work on their own initiative and work to tight deadlines. To be considered you must be able to speak fluent French
