Salary: up to £21,000 pro rata, depending on skills and experience
An excellent opportunity has become available to work with a professional organisation to cover a period of maternity leave.
The position will initially be for a 9 month fixed term contract and the main duties will include:
Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
Greeting visitors and issuing visitor passes
Booking meeting rooms
Arranging catering requirements
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Dealing with deliveries
Updating holiday requests
Providing general Administration support as required
The successful applicant will be a professional and experienced Receptionist that has ideally previously worked in a corporate environment.
You will be a clear communicator with the experience and confidence to manage the efficient running of the Reception area and professionally resolve an unforeseen situations that may arise over the course of your day.
You will also have good IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS word, excel and outlook.
