Prime Commercial Staff have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our client on a full time permanent basis, based on the outskirts of Glasgow.
Duties will include:
- Responsible for overseeing all office staff
- Answering phones, directing calls
- General administration, PA duties
- Diary management
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Credit control
- Payroll including collation of timesheets
- Job costings
- Recording and monitoring of attendance, absenteeism and sickness
- Maintain personnel records
- Health and safety
The successful candidate should be a good all-rounder who can manage a busy office as well as take control of the accounts side of the business.
Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role as our client needs someone who can hit the ground running.
