As one of the leading facilities management companies in Glasgow, my client is rapidly expanding and looking to increase their team within their South Side office. The role available is a Part-time Helpdesk Administrator. Working within a small team you would be reporting to the helpdesk supervisor and would manage your workload effectively providing detailed handovers to your colleagues on each shift.
In this role you would be responsible for:
*Acting as the first point of contact for faults or support
*Responsible for all queries from start to finish
*Liaising with key accounts and monitoring client systems
*Arranging engineers and contractors out on jobs
*Escalating queries when required
*Logging job status and additional notes on internal system
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service or helpdesk experience ideally within the Facilities Management sector.
Working hours: Weeknights, Saturday's & Sundays between 8am-8pm
