We are seeking candidates for on-going temporary roles based within Glasgow city centre.
We're looking for talented individuals who have proven verbal and written communications skills and have a confident telephone manner. You must have the ability to work well under pressure. You will be self-motivated, driven and have the ability to manage your own time to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Purpose of the role:
Your role as Customer Service Administrator will be to deliver an excellent administration and telephony service to customers, both internal and external. You will maintain high levels of quality and productivity aligned to your performance plan objectives. You will deal with a variety of queries via both email and telephone, be responsible for inputting high volumes of data onto spreadsheets and internal systems and deal with additional administration tasks.
- Be enthusiastic and keen to continuously learn and improve
- Show excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, particularly word and excel
You will be:
- Articulate, with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow processes and policies- able to manage time effectively
- A team player
- IT literate particularly around MS Office
Hours of work: Various shift patterns available between the hours of, Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm
