You will be working for...
A civil engineering and groundworks specialist located in Glasgow. Established in 1974, they are a well respected and experienced company whose partner led approach with their clients has ensured high levels of repeat business and continued and steady growth. Working on projects for local authorities, house builders and commercial clients, their multi- disciplinary skills enable them to work on projects of all sizes and complexity, providing all surfacing and street lighting services in-house.
They have worked with local authorities for years in a wide range of projects. More recently Tough Construction has been heavily involved in a number of education projects.

In this job you will...
- Assist with all reception duties-meeting and greeting clients, answering calls and emails, offering refreshments
- Responsible for data entry via computer system
- Assist with ad hoc admin duties as required, therefore all filing, scanning, photocopying, mailing
As an office junior you will be assisting on many duties and projects. This will be a hands on role and at times a fast paced environment.
Your training will...
Start with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling. With the opportunity of a 1 Day Microsoft Office Specialist training course at our training centre.
You will gain an SVQ in Business & Administration and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long and rewarding career in Business Administration.
