Allstaff Paisley has a requirement for an experienced Sales Coordinator/Administrator to work with our client based in Glasgow on a long term temporary basis, possible going permanent working within a very fast paced busy office environment. Those with experience in manufacturing would be preferred. Excellent opportunity to join a very well established organisation.

With a professional attitude and excellent attention to detail the successful applicant will have experience:

  • Speaking with customers over the phone to process sales orders onto the system
  • Ensuring orders are processed and manufactured on time
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Completing appropriate shipping documentation
  • Tracking vessels and containers
  • General admin

Applicants should be used to working in a fast paced, manufacturing environment. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm and applicants should be available to commence ASAP.

Please note, this post will initially be for a 3 month period however should extend for the right individual.
