We are looking for a part-time Administrator to work three days peer week supporting a volume recruitment project in-house with Hudson. Hours of work can be flexible between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week from 13th October until 4th November.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out vetting administration such as referencing and checking eligibility to work in the UK
- Chasing candidates for information
- Collecting information for payroll and expenses
- Collating information and maintaining spreadsheets using MS Excel
- Making appointments for Consultant
- General administration duties and data entry of candidate details on to in-house system and scanning documents
You will have strong administration experience including a good knowledge of MS Excel. Experience of a similar role within a recruitment team would be advantageous but is not essential. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and pick up new systems quickly. You will also have a meticulous eye for detail.
