Fines Administrator Glasgow   8.85 per hour

Our client who is based within a highly regarded public sector organization, have a temporary role for a Fines Enforcement Support Administrator. This role will be based in Glasgow City Centre and the pay rate will be 8.85 per hour. Working hours will be Monday to Friday.
Standard Disclosure Scotland dated within last 12 months will be required.

key responsibilities:-

- Update details from completed forms onto Database and identify accounts appropriate for enforcement action.
- Process successful and unsuccessful bank arrestment's, updating on database and updating and maintenance of main spreadsheets.
- Identify Direct Measure Fines in arrears and apply for Enforcement Orders, print Enforcement Orders and arrange for issue.
- Issue enforcement documentation, and assist with citing and issuing court citations.
- Deal with counter/telephone queries, ensure account histories are updated with relevant information and process any payments made.
- Attend at the public counter and deal with telephone enquiries.
- Open the incoming mail and prioritise accordingly


- Standard Disclosure Scotland dated within last 12 months
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good IT skills : MS office
- Confidence in working under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexibly.
