Direct Distribution is a privately owned marketing company supporting the tourist, arts and events sector in Scotland since 1988 We have a well-respected profile in the arts and tourist industry and Angus, our Chief Executive, is looking for a brilliant office manager to join his team. You will be managing a busy office and team and making sure that our Scotland wide clients are well looked after, as well as supporting Angus’s role.
As Office Manager you will take responsibility for all administrative activity to ensure a smooth running organisation, and be able to take a strategic view of the company. You’ll be managing everything from the client account team through to our admin and book keeping. Making sure that our clients are cared for is our priority, so the effective communications of information to our operations team is essential to deliver the best service.
Have at least 3+ years’ experience as an office manager and/or senior administrator, in a customer-facing environment, preferably in the service sector
Are a strategic thinker who is adept at multi-tasking in fast paced environment, able to plan, prioritise, and organize individual and group activities and processes;
Are confident self-starter with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and enjoy networking and dealing with clients.
Have the ability to manage a team successfully in order to achieve agreed results.
Will have a range of computer experience including Microsoft office, working with CRMs’ and experience of sage is an advantage.
Will have a full, clean driving licence.
