We are currently looking for an Administrator to provide support to carry out those duties associated in the smooth running of the Production and Engineering administration department and in providing full administration support to Production and Engineering supervisors and management.

The key responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Processing invoices from suppliers
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Contacting suppliers to confirm delivery of goods
  • Filing of paperwork for material team
  • Raising and processing returns paperwork
  • Data entry of stock records (i.e. altering bin locations, min/max quantity updates)
  • Updating production stores holiday log and collecting and returning information requested by HR
  • Carrying out general administration duties to assist the smooth running of the materials office

The ideal candidate must have a sound knowledge of best practice administration systems, will be computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel packages and will have experience working within a fast moving environment.  Knowledge working within the manufacturing environment is not essential but would be advantageous.

The hours of work will be: Mon – Thur 7.30am – 4.30pm & Fri 7.30am – 3pm.
