Main duties and responsibilities:
- Providing general support for courses
- deal with routine enquiries in person, on the phone and by email.
- Assisting with attendance management, which involves updating records
- Distribution of evaluation forms, preparation of handouts and handbooks
- updating of Central Room Bookings
- Provide secretarial support to staff, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, arranging travel arrangements and diary management.
- Scanning and archiving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- maintain confidentiality when dealing with personal and sensitive data
- Able to work independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a wider team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook
