Finance Administrator – Glasgow (East End of Glasgow)

Due to this huge success in recent years, we are now looking to attract an experienced Finance Administrator to be part of a new business division, focused primarily on online new car finance. We have big growth aspirations, and will be looking to write 20,000 finance cases per annum within the next five years. We believe that our transparent, and end to end online experience puts us in prime position to bring a new level of customer experience to the market.

You will carry out essential duties that ensure that the process of completing a financial deal is as efficient as possible for our customers. Therefore in this role, it is essential that work is completed quickly and accurately. Duties may include; communicating with dealerships, sending customers financial agreements to review and sign, completing additional security checks, answering queries, checking through proofs and documentation and compiling all documentation to send to a financial lender.

To be successful, you should possess the following:

  • Previous finance administration experience is desirable
  • Previous Call Centre experience highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly detail orientated and able to prioritise workload
  • Excellent computer skills and experience using a CRM system
