You will be working for...

A multi-disciplined company providing access, construction, insulation and energy efficiency solutions throughout the UK to various market sectors. They have created a strong client and stakeholder base establishing themselves as one of the leading providers of power access in the UK. They currently operate in the specialist construction industry undertaking roofing (Liquid Plastic) and refurbishment projects for their clients. Your role will include...

  • Answering phones in a polite and pleasant manner
  • Using a CRM system to input data
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Typing
  • Doing general housekeeping and replenishing stationary
  • Doing general ad hoc administration duties when required

You're training...

Starts with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling. With the opportunity of a 1 Day Microsoft Office Specialist training course at our training centre.

You will gain an SVQ in Business & Administration and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long and rewarding career in Business Administration.

  • Keen to learn and develop new skills
  • Willing and flexible, meeting the changing demands of the business
  • Someone with 5 standard (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English

Other Important Information...

Daily working hours are from Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
