We are currently looking to recruit experienced Administrators for an ongoing temporary assignments in the Glasgow and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be:
- Carry out day to day administration tasks
- Update and maintain information on the clients files
- Taking and dealing with clients telephone enquiries
- Maintain, organise and co-ordinate schedules
- Maintain filing system
- Meeting and greeting clients if required
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidates must have a proven administration background along with good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be IT literate in Word and Excel. Have a “can do attitude” and be an enthusiastic team player, smart in appearance, flexible and reliable, with a checkable work history.
Due to location own transport is desirable.
