Administration Assistant- Part Time
Required for our busy Maryhill office (Dalsholm Industrial Estate)
2 days per week- Wednesday & Thursday
Hours- 9am to 5pm
Main duties to include:
The administration of the sales ledger-
*Posting sales invoices, credits and cash receipts
*Creating Customer accounts
*Preparing cheques and cash for the bank
*Preparation of Direct Debits
*Dealing with account enquiries from customers
*Liasing with internal staff in relation to accounting queries
*Other ad-hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
Competent written and/or oral communication skills
Time Management Skills
Use of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
