We are looking for a new member of our successful artwork account admin team. This is a new and exciting opportunity that requires a keen, motivated individual with a can do attitude to manage the internal artwork and order process from enquiry through, visual approval, production and final invoicing.
About Smart Graphics
We are based in Clydebank and offer a bespoke and project lead Vehicle graphics and Signage solution to some of the largest public transport, vehicle leasing and logistic providers throughout the UK.
What you will do
You will be based internally and will answer the phone and discuss our customers’ requirements and enter any enquiries onto our system.
You will take the job from enquiry stage then through to visual approval by producing the initial design visual based on the customers instruction/supplied artwork to the correct vehicle specification and carry out any amendments that may be requested prior to approval.
We will need you to support your external sales contact in all areas and with any promotional work that may be required.
You will need to report accurate and timely project pipeline forecasting.
We need you to develop strong relationships with our customers and to gain new contacts or recommendations through those strong relationships.
You will ensure that the system is kept up to date and that all information is accurate.
Who you are
You will be somebody who has or is working within the graphic industry, who is personable and who thrives on the phone with customers but you will also have a strong skill set in design artwork packages such as illustrator and Photoshop.
Your written and oral communication skills will be outstanding and you will also be confident in your abilities to liaise at all decision making levels.
You must be a self-starter and be self-motivated to achieve your individual and team targets and you must also be tenacious with a strong can do and flexible attitude.
You will be eager and responsible to learn as you will receive full product, system and estimating training.
What’s on Offer
The roll is Full time Monday to Thursday between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm
