PLANT HIRE ADMINISTRATOR

Due to an increased workload, Akela Construction Ltd, currently have a vacancy within our busy office in Thornliebank, Glasgow for an organised individual to assist the Plant Manager with all administrative duties within the Plant department. Duties will include  the following:-

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from site
  • Process on hires and off hires
  • Liaise with hire companies regarding availability and delivery  of plant
  • Maintenance of  various computerised records
  • Filing and other administration as required
