Role:                  Receptionist/Telephonist

Location:           Glasgow City Centre       

Reporting to:     Business Support Manager

Newton Property Management are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Telephonist to join our growing Business Support team.  The role will involve, but is not limited to;

  • Operating the main switchboard, taking messages & dealing with enquiries
  • Assisting with general admin and clerical support
  • Monitoring and distributing general company e-mails
  • Maintaining and archiving company files and databases accordingly

This role will suit candidates who have experience working as a receptionist/telephonist in a busy office environment.  Newton are looking for someone who is organised, works well under pressure and has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
