Administrator/Relief Reception

Salary: up to 21,000 depending on experience
Location: Glasgow

Due to an increase in business an excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join our professional services client.

The position will be joining an established team and the main duties will include:

Processing incoming mail

Updating client information i.e. change of address, payment details etc

Creating new client records on in house system

Processing invoices

Providing Reception cover for absence and annual leave

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a professional and busy office environment. You will have good data processing and numeracy skills and you will have the ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining accuracy. 

When providing cover on Reception you will present a professional and courteous first impression for incoming calls and visitors to the office.
