In this job you will be...

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and messages
  • Providing administrative support such as ingathering and obtaining information
  • Preparing and processing basic documents and forms including typing and formatting

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Administrative or call centre experience is preferred but not essential
  • Computer literacy including proficiency in using MS Office particularly with Word
  • Education to Intermediate Level (or equivalent) desired

Your training will...

Start with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling. With the opportunity of a 1 Day Microsoft Office Specialist training course at our training centre.

You will gain an SVQ in Business & Administration and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long and rewarding career in Business Administration.

  • Strong academic results (particularly in English and Mathematics)
  • An ability to prioritise workload and to use initiative
  • A willingness to adapt approach where required

The candidate must have at least 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications must include Maths and English.

Other important information:

Daily working hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 5:30pm
