Salary: £9.20 p/hr
We're currently recruiting for an Urdu speaking Customer Service Adviser to join our client, initially on a temporary 12-week basis. The hours of work will be Monday- Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.
The duties include:
Making outbound calls to existing clients to renew their accounts.
Responding to email enquiries from members, ensuring a constant high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Updating the in-house database system.
To be successful in the role, you should have:
- The ability to speak Urdu fluently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate with people of all levels.
- The ability to work as part of team and be able to work independently.
