An immediate position has become available for an experience Tenders Administrator to join our organisation.
The position will be working on an ad hoc basis as and when required to complete PQQ Tender information.
Main duties to include:
Prepare bid support and contractual documentation
Prepare and issue all documents for tenders to potential suppliers
Liaise with all departments to collate necessary information required
Create and populate spreadsheets
Complete pre-tender, tender and post tender documentation
Maintain records of quotations and tender submissions
The successful applicant will have gained substantial experience in preparing tender documents and you will also be available to start work immediately.
