Purchasing Administrator (Temporary) Glasgow   7.20 per hour

We have a temporary requirement for an experienced Purchasing Administrator, based in Glasgow City centre.

The purchasing assistant role consists of managing purchasing transactions on behalf of the business from dealing with suppliers, getting quotes, raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices and dealing with queries. They will also have responsibility for stock and asset management.

The purchasing assistant must have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, reactive, and proactive with the ability to work on their own initiative. They must be able to show a high degree of flexibility within the role and requires a competent level of computer skills including Excel.

Candidates must have similar experience and be available to start asap.
