We are looking for a Service Desk Administrator for our client, who are based just outside Glasgow City Centre, on 3 month fixed term contract.
We are ideally looking for candidates with a great customer service or call centre background that are looking for a step into a more systems/help desk role.
This role will work on a 4 days on then 4 days off shift pattern, with hours between 7am and 10pm. It is essential that you can commit to these hours.
This role will be varied but typical daily duties might be:
- Dealing with incoming queries via a busy mailbox and over the phone
- Giving first class customer service and making sure queries are dealt with promptly and correctly
- Speaking to technicians and engineers and ensuring they carry out their tasks effectively
