An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join The Livingston James Group (LJG). LJG is a fast paced, growing and dynamic business of around 35 colleagues, based across two offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, comprising of five specialist recruitment brands; Livingston James, Rutherford Cross, Drummond Bridge, Edison Bond and Amicus Ford.
Based in Glasgow, you will provide operational support to colleagues across LJG and ensure that the team operates in an effective and fully compliant manner in meeting and exceeding our candidate and client expectations from a standards and relationship perspective.
In addition, you will dedicate at least 50% of your time supporting sales initiatives, events, systems and refining market facing collateral.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable and proficient in MS Office applications
