We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to start a long term temporary assignment with our established client based in the Glenrothes area.


To greet all visitors to the business; directing individuals to their correct location

To effectively and efficiently screen, direct and relay telephone calls into the business; recording messages as appropriate

To record and report employee whereabouts and maintaining exact and complete sign-out/sign-in procedures for visitors

Assist in the scheduling of appointments, organising meetings, maintaining appointment diary and room bookings

To prepare mail and deliveries both incoming and outgoing in a timely manner

To manage and monitor the stationery supplies

To assist in travel bookings (hotels, taxi's flights etc)

To provide 'events' support for customer visits, training course and conferences

To provide general clerical and administrative support, primarily to the HR department


Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

Strong computer skills (MS Office, VISIO) - Advanced Excel preferred

Good communication skills and professional personal presentation

Effective at managing information - timely and accurately

Organising, planning, and customer service orientation

Great attention to detail and stress tolerance

Should be flexible and possess cultural awareness
